Cookies and Bars

Do you offer gluten-free baked goods?

It depends on the product and your specific needs. Please reach out via our Custom Orders form and we can discuss your specific needs.

How long are your cookies and bars good for?

Cookies and bars will be good at room temperature for about three (3) days. Most treats and be refrigerated (about one (1) week) or frozen (about two (2) months), but there may be slight texture differences. This is most notable for items rolled in sugar as the temperature fluctuations may cause condensation that dissolves some of the sugar.

Popcorn

What kind of oil do you use?

Soybean Oil for the popping. Avocado Oil is used to make sure all of the yummy seasonings generously coat the popcorn.

Can I order it with butter instead of oil?

We can do ghee spray or real butter. Both are options but will increase the cost. Please submit a Custom Order so we can discuss your needs more in depth.

How long is your popcorn good for?

We recommend consuming within one (1) week of receiving your popcorn after opening.

Baking Mixes

What ingredients do I need for your baking mixes?

Most mixes will require oil, eggs, and water. Please check the individual product for specifics.

What equipment do I need to make a mix?

A bowl, spoon, cookie sheet or baking dish, measuring cups or spoons, and a turning spatula. Also an oven, but that's a little obvious. Please check the mix for the specific baking dish/sheet need.

If you have an electric handheld mixer, rubber spatula, parchment paper, cookie or ice cream scoop, or kitchen scale. These things are very much nice-to-haves and you don't need them to make delicious cookies or bars. I've personally done all of these mixes without them.

What temperature should I set my oven to?

350 degrees, give or take a few degrees depending on your oven. Not to worry though, our baking mixes are meant to be very forgiving.

Can I get a mix without the mix-ins?

Absolutely! Please fill out a Custom Order form and we'll get that put together for you.

How long are your mixes good for?

We recommend baking or using within six (6) months to twelve (12) months. While everything is stable, the sugars may crystalize or harden and the leavening agents may begin to lose their potency.
